I am so incredibly passionate about dedicating myself to helping other moms like me increase their confidence and reduce stress in their own lives. I want to provide women with strategies and tools so they can spend time with their families; doing things they love instead of stressing over what they will be making for dinner.

Life gets busy for us mamas; and the stress and anxiety that goes into preparing healthy, delicious food for our families EVERY SINGLE NIGHT can sometimes be the straw that broke the camel's (mother's) back.
Trust me, I get it. It gets hard to feed ourselves and our families healthy foods, and there's only so much calorie counting we can do before we go insane. My programs are not designed to be "quick fixes" and weight loss is not always the primary goal. The goal is to achieve confidence in your kitchen and reduce the anxiety you and your loved ones might feel around food. Food should be FUN!
